Production

Timely/Accurate productions that meet or exceed requirements of all requesting parties and courts. Barefoot provides a complete range of production services, including:

Exports to TIFFs or PDFs
Production of native files and hard copy paper
Load files for importing into third-party review and case management applications
Ability to track ESI with Bates numbers or other separate tracking numbers
Strict quality control protocols

Load File Creation of all types –

At Blend Document Technologies, we create most known types of load files for software such as Ringtail, iPro, Concordance, Summation, Sanction, and Trial Director.

Blowbacks or printing to paper –

Blend routinely prints large volume documents from CD’s or DVD’s. In addition to printing documents, everything is clipped or binded per document. All of our work is quality controlled by our QC manager.

File Conversions –

Blend can convert most types of files to a different format. For example, we receive many .pdf files that need to be converted to a word document so they can be utilized and changed.

All types of binding –

Blend provides all types of binding including GBC, Spiral, Depo, Acco, and Fast Bind.

Bates Labeling –

At Blend Document Technologies, we are experts at providing manual as well as Electronic Bates labeling customized to our clients' specifications.

Copying Black and White/Color –

Blend provides all types of high volume copying. Whether it is Color, black and white, oversized documents or xRays, we have the technology to provide fast and completely accurate documents customized to our clients needs.
